How many of you have heard about tracking your macronutrients? How many of you actually track? We've gone from counting and calculating calories over to counting and calculating macronutrients in the vein hope that it will solve all our body image and weight problems- only, it's not working.

While in theory, tracking macros sounds like it should work, on a long-term basis, it's just not sustainable. Find out how you can lose weight by listening to your body instead of calculating every meal.
