I wanted to make this video explaining my decision to stop eating a strict vegan diet because it's so easy to attach onto labels and find our identity in the foods we eat. It's so important to listen to your body first and foremost instead of following another diet plan that doesn't work for you. I am still plant-based but I am no longer vegan and my body is thanking me for it!
