I'm not one for extremes in eating, but when it comes to health, there are certainly foods that damage us on a cellular level when we consume them in abundance. We can try to "moderate" our consumption of such foods as much as we want, but there are chemical responses inside our body that keep us reaching for more with even the smallest amount.
