One of my favourite topics when discussing weight loss is the role that stress plays. Stress is such a huge factor in not only our weight, but our overall quality of life. In order to be able to reap the benefits from eating clean and exercising, we must also learn how to manage ourselves and our minds when stress comes a knockin.
