There are so many reasons we overeat, and losing weight isn't as simple as exercise more and eat less. When overeating is an issue, it's important to look at all the areas of your life that may be causing you to reach for food. We know that stress causes us to reach for food, as well as eating too much sugar, but did you know that the inner conflict we have in our minds could also be the cause of overeating?
In this video I share my personal story about a lie I believed about myself that caused me to turn to food. We all have things that've happened to us, or words spoken over us, that cause us to believe we're not good enough, or unwanted. I'm here to tell you that you are!
