I'm not one for extremes in eating, but when it comes to health, there are certainly foods that damage us on a cellular level when we consume them in abundance. We can try to "moderate" our consumption of such foods as much as we want, but there are chemical responses inside our body that keep us reaching for more with even the smallest amount.

I'm so passionate about helping people switch over to a low-sugar way of life because I know how profound the impact can be not only on our health, but on our waistline, our energy, our skin and with pain management. Why you need to stop tracking macronutrients

Why I no longer follow a vegan diet

I wanted to make this video explaining my decision to stop eating a strict vegan diet because it's so easy to attach onto labels and find our identity in the foods we eat. It's so important to listen to your body first and foremost instead of following another diet plan that doesn't work for you. I am still plant-based but I am no longer vegan and my body is thanking me for it!
